VSA Learning Outcomes Workshops: Save the Date!

The Voluntary System of Accountability (VSA) is conducting three summer workshops on the administration of the student learning outcomes instruments that are part of the College Portrait. The workshops will cover topics such as sampling strategies, student participation and motivation, and administration logistics. Representatives from the three testing agencies, ETS, ACT, and CAE, will be on hand to answer technical questions on the CAAP, CLA or MAPP. The workshops are funded through a grant from the Lumina Foundation.

The day-and-a-half workshops are free to VSA participating institutions and offered in three different locations. There is a limit of two representatives per institution per workshop. Space permitting, additional staff members and individuals from non VSA participating institutions may attend. There will be a $300 registration fee for non VSA institutions. Online registration for the workshops will be available on the VSA website beginning June 5.
