Bowie State University (MD) has appointed
Gayle Fink, Assistant Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness
and Dr. Luther McKinney, Director of Institutional Research,

Samuel Baldwin passed away on
January 8, 2009. Sam was a member of the North Carolina Association
of Institutional Research and the fourth president of the Traditionally
Black Colleges and Universities (TBCU) SIG.
