The 2012 SEAAIR Conference will be held November 6-8, 2012 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia with the theme "Culturalizing World Class Higher Education in ASEAN". The forum is international in scope, and we welcome papers from throughout the world on related IR issues. Abstracts are due on 7/12/2012 with full papers required by 8/12/2012.
